- Please carefully read our return policy before returning any products. Failing to comply may lead into a delay for your refund or a rejection to refund

- Before returning your product please first send an email to info@therotation.nl. In the email please include the following:

- Subject: Return – [ordernumber] – [full name]

- Body: Ordernumber, product(s), fullname, address, email, payment method and IBAN
- You will receive a confirmation email within 2-4 working days, once you receive this email you can proceed in returning the product(s).

- All returning products must be new, undamaged, unworn with the original box, accessories and our tag attached in the original shape. In the original box please include the products, accessories, our tag, invoice and return form. Products which do not comply to the above mentioned will not be eligible for a refund or taken back.

- When trying on a product please make sure to try it on a clean floor, in case it does not fit or is not the product you were looking for we can still consider it new if it does not show any marks of wearing.

- All products must be returned within 14 days of receiving, this means that the products must be back at us within 14 days of arrival at you. If you fail to return the products within 14 days of receiving, we are allowed to reject your refund and offer the product again via our website for purchase.

- Returned products must be shipped double boxed (in a separate box) to protect the original box and products. If the original box or product is damaged we are allowed to reject your refund.

- All occurring costs of your return is for your own costs. We advise you to ship with a reputable company, insured and with a track and trace, as we are not reliable nor responsible for any lost or damaged parcels. We only refund returns which fully comply with our return policy.

- All refunds for accepted returns will be issued within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Keep in mind it can take up to 10 working days before the funds appear in your account.
- On demand requested products via e.g. Request your Rotation / WhatsApp/ Instagram are not allowed to be returned. All sales are final.
